Well, there you have it folks. I actually posted something I drew. This will hopefully be my character for Elysian Academy 
.
Character Info!
CHARACTER NAME: Hartwin Winther
CHARACTER SPECIES: Klabautermann (A kind of Water Sprite known to help sailors in need, although they are only ever seen seen by sailors when their ship is doomed.)
GENDER: Male
AGE: Appears and acts like a 15-year-old. (He's more like 20-30. He never really kept track…)
POWERS: Invisibility. Klabautermann are also amazing carpenters and superb musicians.
HAILS FROM: Germany
BRIEF CHARACTER HISTORY/DESCRIPTION: Hartwin took his home on a small ship belonging to a German fisherman. He helped out when the ship sprung a leak, either turning invisible or waiting until dark to start his work. The fisherman named him Hartwin, and often called: "Thanks for the help Hartwin!" when he found a patched spot. Eventually, too old to fish anymore, the fisherman gave his boat to a younger relative. The young new owner had been told of Hartwin, and was happy to take the boat. Not too long after though, the man gave up on boating and moved the boat to a small town museum that needed a display on German Fishermen. With the boat no longer in use, Hartwin considered finding a new home with some other boater, but decided instead to see the world a bit more first. Hartwin gave himself the surname Winthers, and set out for France, having heard romours of a school for strange beings, and hoping to find a place in it.
His personality is calm, and usually quiet. He can get quite mischievous when provoked though, and enjoys pranking those who are rude to him. He is by no means violent, and never wishes any living creature harm. Hartwin is sometimes bitter, or depressed; this usually being caused by him remembering when his boat was given away.
He is terribly afraid of large thunderstorms, due to his life on the fishing boat and the storms it barely endured. He was aways afraid a large storm would finish the boat off one day, and his fear remains. Hartwin wears an old skeleton key around his neck that used to open the cabin door of the boat. He often rubs or holds it during a storm.
